Your box includes all the art supplies required to complete the project(s) of the month, printed simple step-by-step instructions, learning concepts like key definitions and art history, and a QR code so you can easily access the video tutorial.
Our Standard Box includes enough supplies for up to 2 artists, and our Family Box is for up to 4 artists. If you purchase an individual box from our Shop, it will include supplies for 2!
We accept major credit cards at checkout. You can choose to pay monthly, or select a 3 or 6 month prepaid plan to get some savings.
Orders must be placed by the 15th in order to receive that month's project box. All orders ship the following week.
We ship within the contiguous U.S.
We currently ship through USPS Priority Mail on the 22nd of each month. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not have expedited shipping options at this time. If you order an individual box from our Shop tab, your order will ship within one week.
Your first order will be billed at the time of checkout no matter what type of subscription you select. Recurring monthly subscriptions will be billed on the 15th of each month, and 3 or 6 month prepaid subscriptions will be billed based on your purchase date. *Please note that some gift subscription plans may not be billed until the date you select.
Yes! Select the Gift option at checkout and be sure to enter the recipient's address for shipping. You can gift a monthly subscription for the duration you choose, or gift a 3 or 6 month prepaid subscription that doesn't renew. We also offer gift cards!
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time on the My Account page. You must cancel by the 14th to avoid the recurring charge for your subscription on the 15th. 3 or 6 month subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and since this is a pre-paid option, you will still receive the remaining boxes in your order. Consider pausing/skipping your subscription and resume it when you're ready to get creative again!
USPS is still experiencing shipping delays in some areas. Your tracking number will be provided once your box has shipped. If you still have questions, please contact us at hello@createartwithin.com
Sharing your artwork with our creative community is the last step of your monthly project! Tag us or DM a photo of your artwork for a chance to be featured on Facebook and Instagram @createartwithin and use #createartwithin
We are unable to process returns at this time.
If your credit card payment fails on your subscription renewal date, we'll try your card 5 more times. If the payment does not process, your subscription will be paused until next month. If your payment processes successfully BEFORE the 22nd, you'll receive that months box. If your payment processes successfully AFTER the 22nd, that means you've reserved your spot for next month's box.
